At Luxifur, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Hygiene-related products where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will provide return instructions at no additional cost where applicable.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
