Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed by our fulfillment partner.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation After Processing

Once an order has entered processing or has been prepared for shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

As our products are fulfilled through trusted fulfillment partners, we are unable to stop production or shipping once processing has begun.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to determine whether your order is eligible for a return.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
